Megwargarh Palace is a small, exceptionally clean guest house with wi-fi, rooftop dining overlooking the city, hot showers in single or shared bathrooms, and rooms with twin and larger beds accommodating from 1 to 4 persons. The innkeeper, Rizwan, is extremely helpful finding cheap travel options elsewhere, cooking for guests, and assisting with errands. Easy walking access to rest of Udaipur. Currently only 6 rooms, so recommend booking in advance. Upon request, Rizwan will also ensure guests are picked up from the train station free of charge likely in a rickshaw.
